Customer Engagement Associate


The Customer Engagement Associate is responsible for supporting our customers and Customer Engagement Manager by providing customer support to our diverse and robust customers. The Customer Engagement Associate manages the customer support desk and proactively manages customer issues and monitor various reports.


The Customer Engagement Associate is also responsible for going onsite to local customers for basic troubleshooting and hardware replacement.


Required Skills:

  • Project Management to manage the Support Desk and other special projects
  • Innovative and creative to create new processes and ideas to improve the Customer Engagement Team
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook)
  • Personable and empathetic to relate to customers’ frustrations and concerns
  • Outgoing and affable to create and sustain genuine relationships
  • BA/BS degree in Business or related field



  • Managing customer support via Jira Service Desk and meeting SLA’s
  • Onsite visits to troubleshoot and replace hardware
  • Managing hardware shipping orders
  • Providing excellent customer service by proactively troubleshooting and contacting customers based on reports listed above
  • Supporting the Customer Engagement Manager in customer communications and process improvement
  • Creating and managing internal and customer-facing documentation
  • Provisioning hardware in preparation of shipments
