The TraknProtect Safety Button was designed based on feedback from hoteliers and employees, to be an easy-to-use and install solution while also leveraging the TraknProtect IoT platform that includes inventory tracking, room tray tracking and vendor tracking for hotels.  

Position Overview: 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding and identifying leads through a variety of sources. Once leads identified, this candidate will reach out and meet with the business’ decision-makers to better understand their business needs and how our products could help them.  

Responsibilities 

  • Understand who our customers are, what brought them to TraknProtect, their intent, and timeline of purchase, thus creating a robust Customer Database  
  • Prospect new customers through lead generation, trade shows, follow-up, and cold calling  
  • Identify the correct decision-makers within a given business  
  • Document all pertinent customer information and conversations into a CRM system and regularly update to ensure accurate and timely sales and installation information is available to management.  
  • Demonstrate a mastery of all TraknProtect products and services, as well as brand/legislative requirements for Safety Buttons.  
  • Help TraknProtect maintain a healthy sales pipeline by collecting customer contact information and scheduling demos for individuals who exhibit purchase intent or potential.  

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience  
  • Experience working CRM Software is preferred 
  • Customer service experience required 
  • Positive, enthusiastic and passionate about the changes in the Hospitality Technology industry 
  • Ability to understand and convey business issues and technical concepts 
  • Strong sense of team mentality and reliability 
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail 
  • Demonstrate a mastery of all TraknProtect products and services. Keep up with Hospitality industry trends.
