TraknProtect is dedicated to helping create and support a safer, cleaner and more efficient hospitality environment for all stakeholders by leveraging its innovative real-time IoT technology which provides comprehensive data, communications and actionable insights to our hospitality clients and end-users.

Our vision is to be a leading global player in the broader IOT-based tracking solution-suite encompassing employee safety devices, asset and inventory tracking, and the post-COVID, provide cleanliness tracking & reporting tools. CEO & Co-Founder

After starting her legal career with some of the top legal firms such as Baker McKenzie and Lang Michener, entrepreneur, lawyer and mediator, Parminder Batra, relocated from Toronto to Chicago, where she co-founded TraknProtect with the mission of creating and supporting a safer, cleaner and more efficient hospitality environment for all stakeholders.

Under her leadership, TraknProtect has become an industry leader in the staff safety device vertical based on proprietary, patented and award-winning technology, in addition to serving the broader real-time inventory and asset tracking needs of the hospitality sector. Parminder has not only set a mission-oriented and innovative culture within the Company but also has constantly strived to promote social causes. She has served as a Board Member and Advisor at Arogya World, an organization pledged to reduce the global impact of chronic non-communicable diseases; as Chair of the Chicago Chapter of The Akshaya Patra Foundation for children, and has also volunteered to the Grant Making Committee for the Chicago Foundation for Women. Parminder is a widely recognized thought leader in the field of real-time location technologies specifically safety buttons in hospitality and is a member of IHLA, HFTP and HTNG associations. Outside of building TraknProtect, Parminder loves to read and travel to far-flung places to learn about different cultures.

Chief Technology Officer

Tim has extensive management experience building and scaling engineering, product, operations, and quality assurance teams across a variety of industry sectors. Leveraging his entrepreneurial experience as founder and CTO of the medtech company Avansar, Tim is helping TraknProtect bring innovative, high-quality and reliable technology solutions to its customers by envisioning, developing and scaling the company’s software and hardware engineering processes. Tim is highly passionate about the mission of bringing a new culture of safety to the hospitality industry and is working hard to bring real change for the hotel staff with respect to their safety experiences. Outside of work, Tim can be found tinkering in his garage of collectable cars or engaged on a variety of building projects.

Vice President, Sales

Kurt is a key member of TraknProtect’s sales leadership team driving sales strategy, management and execution efforts across North America. Kurt has over 25 years of enterprise technology sales experience, including in personal safety industry and believes in developing long-term business relationships built on trust, respect and empathy to provide customers with not only sophisticated solutions but also greater peace of mind and efficiency through joint problem-solving and close thought partnership. When not enabling TraknProtect’s commercial efforts, Kurt can be found on his early morning runs, enjoying high school and college sports, or rocking it out at local music festivals.

Noshin Sharmili is a dynamic professional whose career journey has been marked by a passion for driving results through meticulous project management, customer engagement and insightful data analysis. With over 3 years of experience spanning the supply chain and marketing industries, Noshin has consistently demonstrated a commitment to fostering enduring relationships with both internal and external stakeholders while achieving tangible growth in sales and customer service. In her spare time Noshin likes to sing, paint, travel and cook for her loved ones!

Regional Sales Manager

Brooks is a curator of relationships. As a TraknProtect Regional Sales Manager - North America, Central Region, he brings his 10+ years of hospitality and sales experience to the team with big enthusiasm. He connects with clients in meaningful and impactful ways - learning not just about their property, but what really keeps hoteliers up at night. Brings a masterful approach to the ever-changing problem/resolution riddle with customized safety solutions, unique to each property. When he is not talking with hoteliers, Brooks is spending time with his wife and young daughter, playing ice hockey, or is on the road performing standup comedy at a myriad of venues - all over the country.

Committed to providing exceptional service, Cameron ensures that our clients' needs are met with precision and care. Darold is a highly motivated and experienced client support professional who has worked with customers and clients across numerous industries. Darold is very passionate about helping others reach their goals and achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction. He pinpoints the roots of each customer's issue and solves them with thorough investigation and specialized attention - leaving customers satisfied and knowing that they are in good hands. When he is not problem solving, he can be found at a local music venue, working on his coding skills, or behind a microphone recording character voice overs and narrations.
